  • Bond Release Certificate: A certificate from DMER, Mumbai, should be submitted by a candidate who has already served his/her bond obligation.
  • NOC for In-Service Candidates: A candidate who is currently in service with the Government Health Services must produce an NOC.
  • Orphan Certificate: An orphan certificate from the competent authority must be submitted by candidates from the orphan category.
